YOUR AGENT SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have more than 5 years of real estate sales experience.
- Must exceed the industry average of 4 to 6 homes per year.
- Needs to have a team. A single agent wont do.
- Must have experience selling expired listings. Not having this is a deal breaker!
- Needs an adequate budget to market homes.
- Must have good internet exposure.
- Must have consumer programs to increase appeal of home sale to a broader pool of buyers.
